Batanes Now Online
  The Ivatan Foundation for Development Communication, Inc. (IFDCI)  teamed up with a Manila-based foundation, named PH Domain Foundation, to bring internet connectivity to Batanes.  This project which has been worked out for the past one year was finally launched last Saturday, February 9, 2002 with Congressman Abad and Governor Gato gracing the affair.

Poverty Reduction
  PH Domain Foundation is the social outreach arm of the local PH Domain Registry (dotPH).  It is a SEC-registered Internet-based non-stock, non-profit organization seeking to provide free unlimited email service to people in remote rural areas towards the upliftment of the quality of life in these communities.

Batanes set to open first Internet station Saturday
BASCO, Batanes – After years of isolation from cyberspace, this northernmost province will be linked to the rest of the country and the world via the Internet. 

The Ivatan Foundation for Development Inc. (IFDCI) will launch Saturday the province's first Internet station called "Batanesconnect".

DotPH Foundation provides email connectivity to Pangasinan fisherfolk
MANILA, July 24, 2001 -- The DotPH Foundation last Friday inaugurated a new computer center that provides free e-mail connectivity to local residents of Anda, Pangasinan. The project, the fourth for DotPH, is part of the foundation's drive to bring e-mail connectivity to residents from far-flung communities. Aside from Anda, a small fishing and agricultural village, the foundation has inaugurated e-mail centers in Gumaca, Quezon; Botolan, Zambales and Iguig, Cagayan Valley.

  Foundation to bring free e-mail project to Cagayan
  THE PH Domain Foundation will launch its third community-based free Internet e-mail project in Barangay Minanga Norte, Iguig, Cagayan Province on June 22, in cooperation with the YMCA Women Empowerment and Development Program and the YMCA of the Philippines.
