MANILA, July 24, 2001 -- The DotPH Foundation last
Friday inaugurated a new computer center that provides free
e-mail connectivity to local residents of Anda, Pangasinan.
The project, the fourth for DotPH, is part of the foundation's
drive to bring e-mail connectivity to residents from far-flung
communities. Aside from Anda, a small fishing and agricultural
village, the foundation has inaugurated e-mail centers in
Gumaca, Quezon; Botolan, Zambales and Iguig, Cagayan
                  Valley.
