Free unlimited email connectivity for an unlimited number of users is the main service provided by the PH Domain Foundation to partners in various rural areas in the country. It also provides the following services for free:

1. Technical Support

The PHDF provides technical support via phone, email as well as onsite visits to project areas if and when warranted.

2. Training Support

The PHDF conducts customized trainings to ensure that the main service is utilized and maximized to the benefit of the entire community. The PHDF conducts two trainings :

a) Basic Users' Training - introduces basic concepts on computer parts and usage, the Internet, email and its various uses, maillists, and practical hands-on for email and other basic program applications.

b) Network Administrators' Training - designed to provide basic know-how and skills in computer hardware maintenance and network administration.

Trainees are provided with training manuals for these trainings.

3. Email and Maillist Directory

The PHDF has gathered the email and web addresses of various government and non-government and other agencies which project partners and community folk can use as reference for their various causes and plans. The PHDF has also compiled a directory of various maillists which might be relevant to the concerns and interests of its project partners.
