                  EBGAN works within a gender and development framework.  It endeavors to keep in touch with the cultural roots in the Cordillera.  It works towards awareness and development for a better community, society and world.  EBGAN's issues revolve around women's health and general welfare, gender and development, environment and spirituality, reproductive health, gender-based violence and other related concerns. Services include Community Development, Direct Service, Research and Documentation and Training and Education. 
                   
                  The project in Bontoc was launched November 23, 2001.  It was attended by Municipal Mayor Claver, other government officials, academicians and leaders of people's organizations.  Management partner of EBGAN is the Mountain Province Educational Theater Arts Group (MP-ETAG).
