The Mindanao Unified Bantay Bayan Foundation, Inc. is an umbrella
organizations in Mindanao.  It is duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission since 1998.  Its objectives are to unite Muslims and Christians, assist the duly constituted government in campaigning for Peace and Development, and fight criminality and graft and corruption.

The national headquarters is situated in Davao City.  It has a regional chapter in Region XII with headquarters in Cotabato City.  It is in this headquarters that the 1st Libreng Serbisyong Email sa Kanayunan project shall be set-up in Mindanao.  This project shall be the 11th such project in the whole country. 

Project was launched July 25, 2002 with National Amnesty Commissioner and PHDF Board of Advisor Atty. Remedios Fatemah Balbin, PHDF Board of Advisor Gigi Disini, PHDF Project Coordinator Pinky Castelo-Cupino, PHDF Engineer Val Genova, Mindanao Unified Bantay Bayan Foundation, Inc (MUBBFI). Founding Chairman Bobby Minandang Aragasi and Regional Chairman for Reg. XII & Chapter Chair for Cotabato Guimeron Bedu.
